Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud platform and you’ve got a shared web hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all functionality for any mailbox that you create under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel includes quite a lot of functions, but it is surprisingly simple to use, so configuring a catch-all mailbox requires just a single click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be shown in this section in alphabetical order and you will only need to click on the "Catch-all" button for the given email address. Our system will inform you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick some other mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as easy and requires one more mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be activated without any effort if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domains hosted in your account will be listed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll find a tiny symbol handily situated right next to each of them. With just one single click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable this option through the contextual menu that will pop up. If any of the preconditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not met, our system will notify you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
